Comfortable room with great amenities.

Our experience was incredibly frustrating. The constant noise from the adjoining rooms made it impossible to sleep, especially at night. It was disheartening to find old food left in the fridge. it clearly showed a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful when we voiced our concerns about the disturbances, leaving us feeling ignored and dissatisfied.

The lovely decorations at the entrance made me smile. The warm atmosphere and attentive staff were quite refreshing, creating a welcoming environment for seniors like myself, making everything feel more accessible and enjoyable during my stay.

the only downside was the noisy hallways. but the decorations were delightful and my kid loved the welcome bags! breakfast had a great variety. we enjoyed the scrambled eggs and fresh fruits! !

We came in town for the Taylor Swift concert and loved the decorations at the entrance of the hotel as well as the complimentary bags! The indoor pool was perfect for a quick swim and a great way to unwind after the concert. Just a heads up, there was a bit of noise outside at night, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 🎉

The staff was awesome, and the pool area was a great hangout spot. We played at River Glen Country Club and Prairie View Golf Club, definitely recommend hitting these spots if you’re into golf. Breakfast was solid too.

The hotel offered a fantastic atmosphere with friendly staff, and the room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the great location near shopping options, but the shower had drainage issues, which was surprising for a new hotel. Overall, it was a solid experience worth repeating.
